Stiamo cercando nuovi inquilini per la nostra casa a schiera di 2,5 vani a Bergdietikon (strada laterale molto tranquilla, proprio accanto al bosco).
La casa (circa 70 metri quadrati) è disposta su due piani, entrambi con soffitti alti, e il bagno si trova su un soppalco. Ci sono anche due terrazze private, un ingresso indipendente e un posto bici. È possibile parcheggiare direttamente davanti alla casa. L'arredamento è di alta qualità, con lavastoviglie, doppio lavabo in bagno, lavatrice-asciugatrice privata, ecc.
La stazione principale di Zurigo è raggiungibile in 30 minuti a seconda del collegamento. I negozi si trovano direttamente a Bergdietikon (Volg) e a Dietikon (COOP, Aldi, Migros ...).

We're looking for new tenants for our 2.5-room semi-detached house in Bergdietikon (very quiet side street right next to the forest).
The house (approx. 70 square meters) has two floors, both with high ceilings, and the bathroom is located on a mezzanine level. There are also two private terraces, a private entrance, and a bicycle parking space. You can park directly in front of the house. The furnishings are high quality, with a dishwasher, double sinks in the bathroom, a private washer-dryer, etc.
Zurich main station can be reached in 30 minutes depending on the connection. Shopping options are available directly in Bergdietikon (Volg) and in Dietikon (COOP, Aldi, Migros, etc.).
