I am moving out of my apartment on April 28th and am looking for a new tenant to take over the lease until end of June.

The rent is 1450 incl. utilities. The two months of temporary rent must be paid in advance. No deposit. Parking space is available and can be also taken by arrangement.

The apartment is limited until June 30th due to construction work for the current building.
