(English version see below) Die Wohnung ist mitten im Kreis 5 mit reichem Restaurantangebot und nahe vieler Arbeitsorte, die zu Fuss oder per Tram bequem erreichbar sind: Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es mit dem Tram sechs Minuten – Co-Working-Büros, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Boutiquen (Viadukt), Park (Josefwiese) oder Kino sind in Gehdistanz. Im Preis inbegriffen sind Wi-Fi, TV, Reinigung-Wechsel Bettwäsche (alle zwei Wochen) und Nebenkosten, die üblicherweise Teil der Miete sind wie Elektrisch, Wasser, Heizung, Wartung. Die Küche ist voll ausgerüstet mit Geschirr für vier Personen und Küchenutensilien, um sich selbst einfache Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Wi-Fi and other utilities We are right in the middle of Zurich's "Kreis 5", at the crossroads of gastro culture and many a place of work: several of the city's major employers are in walking distance or a few tram stops away – and for a night out or a quick dinner you have Zurich's lively restaurant district at your doorstep. Included in the price stated above are internet Wi-Fi, TV, cleaning service and change of linens (every two weeks), and all other utilities that are customarily part of the rent, such as electricity, water, heating, caretaking etc. In case you'd like to do your own washing, there is a laundry and drying room available with coin-operated washing machines, a tumbler as well as an air-clothes dryer in the cellar. The fully and carefully furnished apartment (70 m2) with parquet floors and high-ceilinged rooms is part of a century-old building. A safe, comfortable, welcoming and useful quality home with an eye for detail and a touch of Swiss character is what we – owner and caretaker – aim to offer; the interior comprises a pragmatic blend of bespoke-, Swiss designer- and a few IKEA pieces. We care that you feel right at home, from the start. If you'd like to entertain guests or cook for yourself: the kitchen is equipped with cutlery, plates, glasses etc. for four persons; there is also a limited range of kitchen utensils. The bed is a queen size with a medium firm mattress, the sofa in the living room can be pulled out to double as a bed. Also included are: * large high-quality TV (4K HDR, OLED display) * microwave * Nespresso coffee machine * dishwasher (Miele) * printer (color) * space in the cellar for two bicycles * compartment in the attic If needed, help is never far away, either by phone, email or in-house and in person. The building's community consists of friendly and approachable neighbours . The apartment is equipped with smoke- and heat detectors to ensure your safety.
