The apartment is located in the middle of Kreis 5 with a rich restaurant scene and close to many workplaces, easily accessible on foot or by tram: The main train station is six minutes away by tram – co-working offices, shopping facilities, boutiques (Viadukt), park (Josefwiese) or cinema are within walking distance.
The price includes Wi-Fi, TV, cleaning and change of bed linen (every two weeks) and additional costs that are usually part of the rent such as electricity, water, heating, maintenance.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery for four people and kitchen utensils to prepare simple meals yourself.

The fully and carefully furnished apartment (70 m2) with parquet floors and high-ceilinged rooms is part of a century-old building. If you'd like to entertain guests or cook for yourself: the kitchen is equipped with cutlery, plates, glasses etc. for four persons; there is also a limited range of kitchen utensils.
