Bonjour, je libère ma chambre dans une colocation de 4 personnes et nous cherchons quelqu'un pour me remplacer.

L'appartement se trouve dans le quartier de la cathédrale, avec un arrêt de bus juste en bas de l'immeuble (Tilleuls).
L appartement est composé de 2 étudiantes et 1 employé, tous âgés de 20 à 30 ans, dans une ambiance calme et conviviale.

Le loyer est de 480 CHF par mois, avec environ 50 CHF par an pour l'eau et l'électricité. La buanderie commune se situe au sous-sol et est réservée à notre appartement le samedi.

La pièce à vivre comprend 2 canapés et une table à manger.

La chambre est meublée avec un lit 140 x 200, un bureau chaise et une armoire.

Il est également possible de reprendre la place de parking en sous-sol, à environ 10 minutes à pied (150.-/mois)

The apartment is located in the Cathedral district, with a bus stop right at the building's entrance. We are 2 students and 1 employee, all aged between 20 and 30, living in a calm and friendly atmosphere.

The rent is 480 CHF per month, with about 50 CHF per year for water and electricity. The shared laundry room is in the basement and reserved for our apartment on Saturdays.

The living area includes a sofa and a dining table.

The room is furnished with a bed 140 x 200, desk and chair and a wardrobe. There is also a cellar.

There is also the possibility to take over an underground parking spot, about a 10-minute walk away (150.-/month).
