In unserer 3er-WG ist ein Zimmer zur Untermiete frei (befristet bis 31. August, möglicherweise mit Option zur Verlängerung). Das freie Zimmer ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und nicht möbliert. Bus und Tramhaltestelle in unmittelbarer Umgebung, zum See ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss.

Die Küche, das Bad/WC, sowie das Wohn-/Esszimmer wird von allen WG-Bewohnern genutzt. Im Keller des Hauses steht allen Mietern eine Waschmaschine und ein Tumbler zur Verfügung (kein Waschplan).

One of the rooms in our shared flat is available as a limited sublease (until August 31, possibly with an option to extend). The room faces south and is not furnished. Bus and tram stop in the immediate vicinity. The lake can be reached by foot in 15 minutes.

All three tenants will share the kitchen, bathroom/toilet, and living room. A washing machine and a tumbler are available in the basement of the building (no fixed schedule).
