Our flatmate is moving out to live with her partner, thus we have a room available from February 15th, 2025 (flexible, upon agreement).
Your new home is a shared 340 sqm flat for 6 people on the beautiful Zürichberg with a view over the city of Zürich, the Zürich lake basin and the Alps. Your future flatmates are all young professionals working in the Zürich area. The apartment is located on the top floor, features 6 bedrooms, a lounge, a spacious living room with cozy sofas as well as 5 balconies and offers each person enough space to enjoy and also do home office. We also do various sports like running, skiing, hiking and occasionally have an apéro on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view and sunset.
You'll be living with a friendly and diverse group of young professionals in a relaxed and respectful environment. The flat is home to a Swiss software engineer (m/31) who's an expert in board games and loves skiing, a French consultant (f/28) who enjoys discovering swiss culture, cycling, and baking delicious cakes, a Swiss legal counsel (f/32) who's passionate about the outdoors and enjoys good apéros, a Belgian postdoc (m/32) who's into cycling, climbing, and savoring Belgian beer, and a German software engineer (m/30) who loves to travel and embark on mountain adventures. The flat share is generally quiet, as we're all working professionals, but we also enjoy coming together now and then to do something fun. The common languages spoken in the house are English, French, and German.
In addition, the apartment offers the following amenities: Bicycle garage, parking, elevator, large wine cellar, medium basement storage, 2 large attics, 2 large refrigerators, wine fridge, 3 toilets, rain shower, spa with double bathtub, washer and dryer in the apartment and sitting area in the garden.

The apartment is conveniently located. Migros (even open on Sundays!), Denner, Spar and Coop are nearby, the tram stop "Toblerplatz" is a 5 minutes walk (12 minutes to HB), the Seilbah Rigiblick and Panoramaweg a 15 minutes walk.
We are looking for a working person who is a good cultural fit for our WG - social, tidy, has prior WG experience, between age 26-35 and would like to share moments together but is also independent and appreciates a spacious, beautiful, bright apartment in a prime location on the Zürichberg.
