Single room for rent - 8057 Zürich

Looking for somebody who would like to take over this rental object as of May 28th 2025 (I could consider May 21st as well). The furniture will be sold together with the room at 40% of the purchase price for the bed, mattress, desktop, closets, buro chair = +-1000 CHF. You will live in a flatshare with 3 others (1 woman, 2 men), everybody around 25-28 years old, working in robotics, AI, and finance. Everyone is happy to chat, sometimes we cook togeteher but personal space is very much respected. The flat is next to a forest and close to bucheggplatz. We are looking for somebody similar age as us.
