The room is a shared room in a 3.5-room maisonette apartment on the ground floor. The room is located on the lower floor and has its own bathroom (see floor plan). The two floors are connected by a staircase. The upper floor contains the shared living area and kitchen, as well as an outdoor seating area (evening sun) and a 20m² terrace with lake view and morning sun. The apartment has its own laundry facilities and a cellar compartment.

Wädenswil train station is an 8-minute walk away and can also be reached by bus. The ZHAW is also about a 10-minute walk away. The residential area is quiet and well-maintained. You'll feel right at home in the neighborhood.

I (27/f) am looking for a roommate who is quiet, reliable, and responsible, and who appreciates their own space. If you are interested in a trial week stay, the rental costs would be lower.
