Since my roommate has moved out, I am looking for a new roommate to take over her room, which has an area of 17m² in a spacious and bright apartment located on an elevated ground floor, facing south and offering a stunning view of the lake.

· Public transport connections:

o 1 minute walk from the bus stop Ermitage (Bus 106, 109, 421)

o 10 minutes walk from Neuchâtel train station (or 5 minutes by bus)

o 5 minutes walk from the forest and 20 minutes from the shores of the lake

o 10 minutes walk from the Cadolles shopping center (Migros, Denner, pharmacy)

o 5 minutes walk from the funicular Écluse-Plan

· If needed, possibility to buy an IKEA MALM double bed, an IKEA NORDKISA wardrobe, a 4-drawer IKEA MALM chest of drawers, and an IKEA SELJE bedside table, price negotiable.

The rent:

· Total rent per month: 1322.- (including utilities)

· Rent per person: 661.- per month

· Deposit: 3966.- (also 1998.- per person)
