I'm looking for a weekly commuter (female or male) to sublet a room in my apartment right at Helvetiaplatz. Gender doesn't matter – what's important is a respectful and easygoing atmosphere.

The apartment (82 m²):
• Modern and bright (newly built 5 years ago)
• Open kitchen with induction stove and dishwasher
• In-unit washer and dryer (private use)
• Rooftop terrace with stunning views over Zurich (shared use)

The room:
• Approx. 16 m²
• Unfurnished (a clothes rack can be taken over if desired)

Prime location:
• 2-minute walk to tram and bus
• 10-minute walk to Zurich main station (HB)
• Grocery stores and several Active Gyms just outside the door
• Plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby
• Despite being close to Langstrasse, it's quiet during the week

About the flatmate:
You'll be living with Anass, 35, originally from Germany but based in Switzerland for over 10 years. He works in hotel sales and travels a lot. When he's home, he's happy to share a beer and a chat on the terrace – but also values personal space.

What we're looking for:
Someone who values a clean and stylish home, appreciates having their own space, but also enjoys relaxed, respectful coexistence.
