In our cozy 3-person shared flat, a room is becoming available – we are looking for a suitable new roommate (around 25 years old) who fits into our quiet and uncomplicated way of living.

The available room is about 15 m², bright, and has its own sink as well as a private balcony 🌞 The room is furnished. It has a sofa, wardrobe, bed with mattress.

The apartment has a shared bathroom with toilet and shower, a large living room, and a small, pretty balcony. Washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment.

Top location: Coop, Migros, bakery & other shops in the neighborhood

👋 About us:

I am Joel, 30, from Switzerland. I work as a supervisor/caretaker in a 24-hour operation. My hobbies are skiing, swimming in the lake, going to the gym, hiking, playing padel, etc. I am Olivia, 29 years old, from Canada, and I work as a teacher. I will also be studying for a Master's in Education in September, so I will be quite busy. I like to be active and go hiking, to the mountains, or to the lake ☀️ We are open, active, tidy – and appreciate having a glass of wine together and chatting. At the same time, we value peace, privacy, and mutual respect. House parties and loud continuous partying do not suit us.
