From June 1st, I rent a 12 sqm shared flat room to a woman (non-smoker). The room is partially furnished (chests of drawers, desk, small built-in wardrobe, no bed) and is located in a quiet 2.5 room apartment (attic, 4th floor without elevator) with a fantastic view. The apartment is in good condition and is fully furnished.

The house - a charming villa with a garden - is centrally located (train station approx. 10 min walk, bus stops Kapuzinerweg and Löwenplatz are approx. 3 minutes away), good shopping facilities.

Pets and musical instruments are not allowed. Good parking possibilities. One month's rent deposit.
