Single room for rent - 4422 Arisdorf, Hauptstrasse

The two rooms are free from July 1st and are located in a charming farmhouse in Arisdorf. Since I'm moving out in the medium term, it's a special situation and leaves some rental possibilities open. Maybe you're only looking for something for the next few months or you can imagine taking over the house's lease when I move out and starting a shared flat yourself?

The two rooms with a bathroom cost CHF 800. There is a garden and courtyard for shared use/design. Overall, there is a lot of outdoor space. The house is heated with a Tiba wood heating system; there are radiators in every room.

I can also imagine renting out only the smaller room, or if you are a weekly guest, the rent will be reduced accordingly.
Good communication between us and reliability from both sides are important to me. Since I have 2 dogs and a cat, I assume that you like animals (or they don't bother you). Since one of my dogs is shy and introverted, only a calmer and more composed person is suitable. If you like to receive a lot of visitors and throw parties, we are not a match ;) It is also important to me that you are financially reliable and in employment.
