The motorway access roads towards Zurich, Basel, Bern are 5 min. away. A car or other motorized vehicle is necessary, as public transport connections are poorly developed.

The studio is located on the ground floor of a single-family house in the core zone and has its own parking space and a separate entrance. It has a shower, separate toilet, double bed, sofa, table, chairs, shelves.
The apartment was previously used as a holiday apartment and therefore only has a small kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, as well as dishes, no cooking facilities. Airfryer or other closed cooking systems can be used.
Important for you to know: The residential unit has no TV or WLAN installations.
Therefore, the studio is suitable for tenants who can work with a mobile Swisscom hotspot or who want to do without TV & internet.
