Hi,
I am a 21 y.o. girl from Slovakia and am studying civil engineering in the 6th semester at ETH. Since 01.07.2025 - 31.03.2026, there are 2 unfurnished rooms available in our 3-person WG for rent.

The 1st room is very large (ca. 20 m2) and has its own balcony. It's shown in the 1st picture.
The most important information:
- Address: Funkackerstrasse, 8050 Zürich
- Rent (including utilities and the cost of the washing machine): 720 CHF/month
- Deposit: 1400 CHF (paid once at the beginning and returned in full at the end of the rental agreement)
- Electricity from the socket (not included in utilities): approximately 25 CHF/month
- unfurnished

The second room is smaller (ca. 11 m2) and without a balcony. It's shown in the 2nd picture.
The most important information:
- Address: Funkackerstrasse, 8050 Zürich
- Rent (including utilities and the cost of the washing machine): 620 CHF/month
- Deposit: 1000 CHF (paid once at the beginning and returned in full at the end of the rental agreement)
- Electricity from the socket (not included in utilities): approximately 25 CHF/month
- unfurnished

The WG is time-limited until 31.03.2026 due to possible renovation, but there is a possibility of extending the contract. It is fully furnished and consists of a hallway, kitchen, bathroom with bath, cellar, laundry room with washing machine and drying room and garden.
