Single room for rent - 3008 Bern, Effingerstrasse

The room is about 18 sqm, has two built-in wardrobes, a beautiful parquet floor, and is very bright. The apartment consists of a kitchen, a large bright living room, and two balconies (one large facing the quiet courtyard and one small facing the street). We have a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. There are washing machines + dryer + a large drying room in the basement, and we also have a cellar compartment and attic. The house also has a bike cellar.

I am looking for an uncomplicated and cheerful roommate. I am often out and about, but I look forward to a shared dinner or a beer if the opportunity arises. A clean kitchen and a clean bathroom are important to me - I am quite flexible with the other household chores ;-)

I am Rahel (30), an architect, and in my free time, I enjoy gymnastics, being in the mountains, or at the Aare. At home, you will usually find me with a cappuccino and a book on the balcony or in the kitchen where I actually prefer baking cakes to cooking.
