The apartment is bright and from the balcony you have a beautiful view of Oerlikon and the Zürichberg. The apartment is a new building, which was completed in 2015 and has, among other things, an induction hob, dishwasher, .. The laundry room is located on the floor and it is always possible to wash when it is free (shared with 5 other residential units) The 3.5-room apartment is located in the Hunziker Areal/Mehr als Wohnen in Oerlikon. IMPORTANT: CAR OWNERSHIP IS THEREFORE NOT PERMITTED! This also applies as a criterion for this shared flat room. You can use the advantages of the cooperative for this (e.g. workshop, sauna, mini-gym, common rooms, etc.). Oerlikon train station is only 3 bus stops away, or 3-4 minutes by bike.

The rent is 980.- including ancillary costs. Electricity/internet/Serafe are extra (approx. 70.-/month)
