In our 4-person shared apartment at Hagenholzstrasse 96 in Oerlikon, 1 room will be available from now or by arrangement. It is a 6.5 room apartment with about 180 m^2 on 2 floors (new construction, maisonette). The apartment has a large living room, a modern kitchen (incl. dishwasher, microwave and 2 refrigerators), large terrace, a balcony on the second floor, 2 bathrooms incl. toilet, a guest room, 1 guest toilet and a laundry room with washing tower (washing machine & dryer).

The room is about 14 m^2, unfurnished and the rent including utilities is 1'120 CHF per month.

There are 2 Coops within walking distance (5 min. each) and the bus stop "Riedbach" is directly in front of the house entrance. To the train station Oerlikon you have 3 minutes by bus, to Zurich HB about 10-15 minutes.

All 3 of us are male, between 28 and 32 years old and young professionals. We are not a functional shared fat, we like to cook and drink together, but everyone has their own rest/privacy.
