Shared room above the clouds of Zurich

Our hitherto very colorful 4-person shared flat is looking for you as a new female flatmate (for the gender balance) in our beautiful maisonette apartment in the Toni-Areal from June 2025.

Location:
The apartment is located in the building next to the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) in the Toni-Areal. Directly in front of our door we have a tram stop and Hardbrücke station is less than 10 minutes away. The nearest supermarkets are also not far away. In less than a 5-minute walk you can reach a Coop, Migros, Lidl and Aldi. In summer it is especially cool that our apartment is only 150 meters from the Limmat and you can go swimming in the Wipkingerpark whenever you want.

Who we are:
We are Chantal (25, strategy consultant, sports enthusiast & spends all her money on food), Yanick (26, civil engineer, multi-cultural sportsman and community person) and Linard (27, civil engineer, sporty, music enthusiast and always on the lookout for good food). We are a busy, yet very sociable bunch - we highly appreciate the casual exchange at spontaneous dinners together or cozy Sunday brunches on our great loggia - our always filled shared flat bar also always gladly invites you to Aperol, wine or Gin Tonic.

Who we are looking for:
With a heavy heart, we are letting our current flatmate go and are therefore looking for a new female flatmate (ideally >25 and employed). If you see yourself as an open, outgoing person who likes to have a glass of wine now and then, watch a movie or cook together, you are exactly right with us. Of course, you can always take time for yourself and retreat to your room. It is only important to us that you are not looking for a flat share for a specific purpose and that you appreciate a healthy amount of cleanliness and order just as much as we do.

Room/Costs:
Our modern and spacious apartment (approx. 130 m2) is located on the 22nd floor with a wonderful view over Zurich and is spread over 2 floors: on the lower floor there are 2 super beautiful and bright rooms and a bathroom (with a large bathtub); Upstairs there is a spacious living and dining area as well as a kitchen, utility room, bathroom and 2 further rooms: The room that is becoming free is located on the lower floor and is 14 square meters large with a beautiful view of the Käferberg and costs 1'400.- CHF. This includes internet, television costs, Serafe and a cleaning lady who supports us about every two weeks.
