The room is rented furnished from July 15, 2025 - approx. end of February 2026. The rooms in the apartment are semi-soundproof (have wooden walls and sliding doors), but this is taken into account very carefully.

The shared apartment is a 5-person shared apartment consisting of sympathetic young students between 25-29 years old. We are looking for a subtenant, ideally German-speaking and female, who will take over the room for the specified period.
