Single room for rent - 8050 Zürich, Binzmühlestrasse 76

I am renting out my room from the end of June 2025 to the end of January 2026.

You would move into an uncomplicated and warm shared flat – together with Maurice, Klaudia and David:
• Maurice is currently doing his pilot training – with a bit of luck he will soon fly us on holiday. 😊
• Klaudia lives the barista life and enjoys life to the fullest.
• David is 42 years old, works as a special needs educator at a secondary school and brings a lot of life experience.
To maintain the balance in the shared flat (2 women, 2 men), the room will only be sublet to a woman.
During the day we go about our own things – studies, work or projects. In the evenings, if it fits, we like to cook together, exchange ideas and talk about everything and nothing. Too rarely we go on trips together such as: hiking, biking, skiing or snowboarding. But everything is possible, nothing is obligatory – everyone also has enough space for themselves and their own adventures.
The apartment is very spacious with a great balcony and is part of a new building complex – the Binzmühlepark. In the apartment there are 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom exclusively for the 2 female flatmates), a fully equipped open kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, a large living room with TV and a great balcony with garden furniture and a barbecue, which proves to be a real masterpiece especially in the warm seasons.
The apartment also has its own washing machine and dryer. In the building there is also a cellar, a drying room and a bicycle storage area. All costs (water, heating, TV, internet etc.) are included in the price.
Oerlikon train station (2min), Denner in the building, Coop (1min), Aldi (2 min), Coop Pronto (2 min), ETH Hönggerberg (10 min by bus), UZH North Campus (5 min), Hallenstadion (10 min), Oerlikon swimming pool (15min) Airport (5 km).
