As I'm moving out of the shared apartment, I'm looking for a female subtenant to take over my cozy room in the basement.

The room is in a 7-person shared apartment: Gabriel (23, studying mathematics), Leon (27, flight attendant), Anushka (24, studying journalism), Julia (21, studying social work), Ismael (26, insurance specialist), Nate (26, studying music). Everyone's daily routines are very different, but we often meet in the kitchen, cook together, or exchange stories about our day. However, we also value our privacy and personal space.

The house is located in a quiet area near the city center of Winterthur. Within a 500m radius, there are shopping facilities, a swimming pool, a sports field, a forest, and restaurants. The "Depot" bus stop is right by the house.
The room is already furnished. The rental costs include rent, utilities, Wi-Fi, and a cleaning lady (comes once a week).

For my shared apartment, I'm looking for an open, uncomplicated, and cheerful woman who is also up for a spontaneous glass of wine or a chat.
