Who are we?
We are a professional (Francesco), a student (Erena) and a professional (Loreena), who happily live in a 5.5-room apartment.
Our roommate is leaving us at the end of March, and we are looking for you!

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a responsible person who participates in the tasks at hand and wants to become part of our shared apartment.

Deluxe WG:
We are a family-like shared apartment and like to spend time together - whether it's cooking together (Francesco makes the best pasta, Loreena makes the best pumpkin pie you've ever eaten!, and Erena prepares breathtaking mocktails and cocktails). At the same time, we also appreciate quiet moments and short breaks for ourselves.

Your room:
The unfurnished room is approx. 9m² (see floor plan).

💰Costs: CHF 500.- including utilities
(WLAN and electricity costs are separate).
You also have a washbasin in the room.

The apartment:
🏡Location:
• 30 seconds from the Post Seen bus stop
• 2 minutes walk to Seen train station
• In 10-15 minutes you are in the Winterthur old town by public transport.

🛒Shopping facilities:
• 5 minutes walk to the Seen shopping center (Migros, Denner)
• 1 minute walk to the post office
