Hello👋🏼, we (female, 28 and female, 30, both employed) are looking for a sociable and uncomplicated female roommate for our cozy shared apartment in St. Gallen.

We live in a charming old building apartment with the following features:

You can reach the train station and the city center by bus or bike in 5-10 minutes. The Migros Lachen is about a 7-minute walk away.

The apartment:

• 5.5-room apartment (3 bedrooms, 1 dining room, separate living room)
• with partially herringbone flooring
• freshly renovated kitchen with dishwasher
• small, old bathroom
• an attic compartment
• no elevator
• huge communal terrace on the 3rd floor
• washing machine + dryer in the basement

Your room:

• approx. 13m2
• storage room in the room (see photos)
• some furniture can be taken over by arrangement

We are very sociable and like to do things together - e.g. hiking, going for a 🍺 in the city or just having coffee together at home. Of course, we also appreciate our rooms as retreats.
We are definitely a friendly-family shared apartment and not a purpose-driven shared apartment! Also, we don’t have a cleaning plan😉 However, this has been working very well so far (we have been living together for 3 years). We still like to keep things tidy and clean, especially in the kitchen.
