I'm offering my room in our 2-person shared apartment for sublet. The apartment and the room are fully furnished, and your room has its own balcony.
The apartment is located directly across from the Olma Messen, making it perfectly situated – it takes about 5–10 minutes to get to the university or Marktplatz.
I'd like to sublet from mid-July/early August 2025 until the end of February 2026.

The apartment includes:
2 bedrooms, both with balconies (the available room can be seen in pictures 3–5)
1 living room (pictures 1 & 2)
1 large kitchen (pictures 6 & 7)
1 large bathroom (picture 8)
1 guest toilet (picture 9)

There's also a private basement storage room, an elevator, as well as washing machines and dryers in the basement.
The price includes rent, utilities (flat rate), and use of the furniture.
