ich biete mein Zimmer in unserer 2er-WG zur Untermiete an. Die Wohnung und das Zimmer sind voll möbliert und dein Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber der Olma Messen und ist somit perfekt gelegen - du brauchst rund 5-10 Minuten zur Uni oder zum Marktplatz.
Gerne würde ich ab Mitte Juli/Anfang August 2025 bis Ende Februar 2026 vermieten.

Die Wohnung hat:
2 Schlafzimmer, beide mit Balkon (Das freie Zimmer ist auf Bildern 3-5 zu sehen)
1 Wohnzimmer (Bilder 1 & 2)
1 grosse Küche (Bilder 6 & 7)
1 grosses Bad (Bild 8)
1 Gästetoilette (Bild 9)

Es gibt ein privates Kellerabteil, einen Aufzug sowie Waschmaschinen und Trockner im Keller.
Der Preis beinhaltet Miete, Nebenkosten (akonto) und Möbelbenutzung.

I'm offering my room in our 2-person shared apartment for sublet. The apartment and the room are fully furnished, and your room has its own balcony.
The apartment is located directly across from the Olma Messen, making it perfectly situated – it takes about 5–10 minutes to get to the university or Marktplatz.
I'd like to sublet from mid-July/early August 2025 until the end of February 2026.

The apartment includes:
