Single room for rent - 9000 St. Gallen

THE ROOM IS
I (Gioia) will be doing a six-month exchange semester in Maastricht in the fall semester of 2025, which is why I would like to sublet my room from the beginning of July to the end of January (or by arrangement). The room is located in a cozy 3-person shared apartment on the 4th floor. The room is rather small (just under 10m^2) but has a lot of charm. It is available for 500 CHF (utilities and WIFI included) and is of course furnished. In addition to the kitchen (incl. dishwasher), bathroom and living room, there is a small balcony available.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Therefore, my WG is looking for an uncomplicated and great roommate. We hope to find someone who often feels like having a cozy after-work beer or a shared dinner, but who also understands when someone needs their privacy and peace. This is definitely not a utilitarian WG, but we appreciate a flexible and uncomplicated life together. Cleanliness, order, and open and honest communication are important to us.

WE ARE
Your future roommates would be:

• Fabio (25), Master's student (Marketing Management at HSG) in his third semester. He likes to do everything that has to do with sports: Unihockey, skiing, jogging, biking etc. He is always up for a spontaneous trip to the Drei Weieren, for a coffee on the balcony or in the old town and for a beer out:)
• another new roommate for half a year (Louna, my current roommate is also going on exchange)

NEARBY
The apartment is about 10 minutes' walk from the old town and also about 10 minutes from the Drei Weieren. The location is quiet and charming. There are also some cafes nearby (Drahtseilbähnli, Kaffee Franz).
