Single room for rent - 9000 St. Gallen

We are founding a new 3-person flat share starting at the beginning of July and are looking for another roommate.

Here are some facts about the apartment:
— 4-room old building
— Herringbone parquet and strip floors
— 3 balconies
— modern kitchen with dishwasher
— separate bathroom and toilet
— In the Lachen quarter
— near Kreuzbleiche park, shopping, bakery, pharmacy etc.

About us:
— Mélanie, 37, graphic designer and self-employed, back in SG after 1.5 years of travelling
— Sandra, 50, coach and communication, in SG because of her job

We are very open, uncomplicated, easy-going, joyful, spontaneous, but we also enjoy quiet time alone, cooking (alone or together, anything is allowed). We also wish this from our third roommate :)
