In my modern and well-kept 3.5-room apartment in Volketswil, a beautiful room will be available immediately. The reason: My sister has completed her studies in Zurich and has moved back to our parents – therefore I am now looking for a new, suitable roommate.

About the apartment:
The apartment is bright, modernly furnished and offers a lot of comfort. We have an open living and dining area with a modern kitchen. The apartment also has its own garden, a cellar compartment and a laundry room, which is available to all residents.

About the free room:
The room is bright and equipped with a large, built-in wardrobe with mirrored doors – so it offers a lot of storage space.

Optional furniture can be taken over:

• Bed
• Carpet
• small cupboard with drawers
• Curtains

Total price for all furniture negotiable (well-maintained and modern)

A modern bathroom with shower and toilet is available for you and guests to use. I myself have a separate bathroom.

About me:
I am 20 years old, work in the financial sector and would like to further my education in the next few years. I am very open, communicative and look forward to meeting new people. I am mostly on the go or in my room, but I find it nice to cook together, watch a movie or get to know each other's circles of friends.

Who I am looking for:
• A roommate between 18 and 23 years old
• Tidy, responsible, open and considerate
• Non-smoker (smoking is allowed in the garden)
• No pets
