Single room for rent - 8121 Benglen

Hello! :) I am looking for a female roommate for my 4.5-room apartment in Benglen starting immediately. The apartment is bright, with a balcony and a view of greenery. It also has a laundry room and a cellar compartment. A parking space would need to be rented. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. (Zurich Klusplatz and Schwerzenbach BH) Shopping facilities are in the vicinity. The rent is 900.– CHF all inclusive. (There is a CHF 200.– discount on the first month's rent.) There is another room that is currently empty, which we could furnish as we like.

About me: I am female, 26 years old, open, communicative, and humorous. It would be great if you love animals, as I regularly take care of dogs.
