All side costs like fast Swisscom internet are also included. You have ideal public transport connections and are from the next bus stop within 18min at Zurich HB main station / 5min Wiedikon or Triemli / 22min ETH and University or 15min in Altstetten. Also shopping opportunities and restaurants are just around the corner. The apartment is very central yet super quiet without traffic noise, etc. It is spacious and has everything you need like a modern kitchen and a big living room with balcony.
