The apartment is only a 2-minute walk from Schaffhauserplatz and 10 minutes by tram from the main train station – perfectly connected and right in the middle of life!

• Two balconies – perfect for summer evenings
• Two bathrooms (no stress in the morning!)
• Cleaning lady comes weekly (included in the rent)
• 4th floor with elevator
• Cellar very small, but storage space available in the apartment

About the room:

• 14 m², can be taken partially furnished or unfurnished (individually negotiable)
• Minimum rental period: 6 months, extension to indefinite possible in consultation with the roommates

About your future roommates:

You can expect three great women between 28 and 32 years old, all of whom are employed: two in the hospital (including night shifts) and one in the event sector. We enjoy watching a series on the big screen or having dinner together in the evenings – but everyone also has their own retreat.
