Single room for rent - 8967 Widen

From August 1st, 2025 (by arrangement also from July 5th possible) an unfurnished room in our shared flat in the tax-friendly Widen will be free. What the two-story house offers:

• storage room on the ground floor

• cellar compartment and large attic
• south balcony
• parking space incl.
• large garden

The rent of 815 includes the additional costs exclusive. These will be settled periodically and fairly divided.

Currently we live Alison, Claudia, Noah and Ramona (Ramona will move out of the WG) together in the house. We are all employed and some of us are studying additionally part-time. Our new roommate should be similarly busy, so that the WG life complements itself well.
