Single room for rent - 8953 Dietikon

Hello, we are Sandra (53), Amélie (18), and Zaco (dog/10). In an attached studio live Lena (34), Enrique (32), and Baby C.

We share the large garden and the laundry room/basement with them. The house is a cozy single-family home on the outskirts of the city with good connections to Zurich main station. The river is also not far and invites you to swim in the summer.

Just a small input regarding the additional costs, most of these are already included in the rent, but there may be fluctuations in the semi-annual utility bill. These depend on the consumption of water, electricity, and heating oil.
