This is a single 14^m2 room in a 2-room flat, is furnished (bed, desk, two chairs, and a large 6-door closet), and enjoys a stunning lake view in Autumn and Winter.
The equipped kitchen, bathroom, and laundry are shared with one person (me).
~10 min walking distance to the Kusnacht ZH train station.
The rent includes energy and internet costs.
