Single room for rent - 8125 Zollikerberg, Rietholzstrasse 30

The room is 13 square meters. The window overlooks greenery and gets good sun, especially in the morning.

The apartment has 2 rooms. I live in one, and you would live in the other. There is no shared living area, just a (small) kitchen, bathroom, and hallway.

The apartment has a simple standard of construction (it is old and simply built). It also does not have a balcony, but the Zolliker forest is only 50 meters from the front door. In addition, there is no direct traffic in front of the house, and the street, a little further in front of your window, is only a 30 zone.

The house is noisy, but all residents are considerate and rather quiet. This makes it very pleasant.

Shopping (Coop) and the train station for the Rehalpbahn (which takes you to Stadelhofen) are about 12 minutes away on foot.

Perhaps a weekly renter would be suitable - especially for the Epi-Center, the Zollikerberg is really great - it can also be someone who has their residence here.

Rental costs - your share:
625 CHF rent + 25 CHF internet + approx. 45 CHF electricity + 15 CHF Serafe + approx. 15 CHF household insurance
= 725 CHF rent in total for you.

If you were to live here for a longer period, we would of course settle everything exactly as the bills are issued.

Things that we would buy together for the apartment (e.g., toilet paper) would then be added. But this way you know pretty exactly what the little room here would cost. :)

I am looking for an uncomplicated, tidy and rather quiet woman or man, preferably over 30 years old, who leads an independent life and also views the apartment more as a place of rest and relaxation. Please write me a few lines about yourself.

Good togetherness is important to me, but I am often to myself when I am at home. But I like to have a chat, exchange ideas, a cup of tea (or a beer for you) :)

I am Andy, 43 years old (m) and often at home, as I sometimes need my retreat and a little more peace than perhaps the average person.

Hobbies: Joyful things like hiking, personal development, few but good people. :-) I appreciate nature very much and also taking care of things. I prefer slow living to rushing everything. Something like that. :)
