There's also a large cellar downstairs, and if you like, you can even rent a hobby room there. Outside, there's a grill area with space for big gatherings, great for summer barbecues!

For transport, the bus stop is just a relaxed 5-minute walk away, with buses running every 7 minutes straight into the city. There's also covered bicycle parking right next to the building.

Garage space is available for rent as an option.

The rent is CHF 750 per month, including internet.
