Single room for rent - 8604 Volketswil

I'm looking for a roommate for my 3.5-room apartment. Currently, I live here alone and have been thinking about starting a 2-person shared apartment for a long time. The apartment is very well located in the center of Volketswil. The bus stop with very good connections is a 2-minute walk away. You are about 20 minutes from Zurich HB. Directly in front of the house is a small shopping center with the most important shops. A few stops further by bus is the Volkiland, where there is really everything.
The apartment has its own washing machine and a dishwasher. A cozy conservatory that can be closed in winter and opened in summer is also available. In the apartment there is a storage room with built-in shelves and plenty of storage space.
The highlight of the apartment is the bathroom. Here there is a whirlpool bathtub and a separate sauna with shower. The room to be rented is large and unfurnished. The rest of the apartment is furnished and used communally.
I am very minimally furnished. I love order and cleanliness. A little about me: I am 22 years old and a very open and outgoing personality. I am uncomplicated and get along with almost everyone. I rarely have visitors and am almost always at work or in my room. As long as you stick to the house rules and we don't get into trouble with the neighbors, you can do whatever you want :D If you are interested, then write me a few words about yourself.
