For our shared apartment, we are looking for an open-minded person (m/f). You should be between 25 and 35 years old. Cleanliness should also be important to you.

Available from April by arrangement, eighteen square meters in size, has a window and is very bright.

Kaoutar, 27 (f), was born and raised in Madrid with Moroccan parents. Before I came to Zurich 4.5 years ago, I lived in Dublin and Prague. Professionally, I have been self-employed as a 'Creative Director - Storyteller' for three years. Besides Spanish and English, I speak Arabic and a little German. I also enjoy being active, whether at the gym, yoga, hiking, volleyball, or meditation.
Nassim, 28 (m), studied Banking and Finance and is currently doing a second Master's. I came to Zurich through my studies. I grew up in Central Switzerland and speak German and English. In my free time, I like to play sports or spend a cozy evening at home or elsewhere. We both maintain a humorous and open interaction and value cleanliness.

The apartment has been used as a 3-person shared apartment so far. Currently, a room is becoming available. The entire apartment has parquet flooring. We have a fully equipped kitchen as well as a living room. The very spacious 4.5-room apartment also includes a balcony and two bathrooms.

The house is about 5 minutes from the train station. With the S-Bahn, you can reach the main station in 15 minutes. Trains run every 15 minutes towards the main station and towards Uster.

At the train station, there is a Denner, Migros Voi, and a Migrolino which is open until 10:00 PM. A bit further away (about 10 minutes) is Volkiland, a larger shopping center/gym.
