Single room for rent - 8600 Dübendorf

From September 1st (or August 15th) I am renting a room my flat in Dübendorf.

I am looking for a nice, calm, respectful, and relaxed roommate, preferably female and someone who is studying or working.

This is a non-smoking non-party flat. We should get along well and talk to each other, but also have some space for alone time.

I am the main tenant of the flat and you would be able to sublet, this is already agreed upon with the landlord.

The apartment is less than 10 minutes by foot to the Dübendorf train station and about 5 minutes walking to Migros, Coop, etc in Dübendorf.

About me: I am a PhD student in ecology. I enjoy swimming, reading, and spending time outside. I am vegetarian and would be happy to have a vegetarian flatmate although this is not a dealbreaker. I prefer to speak English, but also can speak Italian.

• what is your average sleeping schedule and approach to cleaning in a shared space?

The flat comes unfinished, but I have the possibility to furnish part of it so this can be something that we agree on together.

The apartment will only be able for viewings from after August 5th.
