For the 4-room apartment on the outskirts of Dübendorf, which I share with my 6-year-old daughter, I am looking for a subtenant. Do you like children and are you not sensitive to noise? Not because of my daughter, but because the apartment is very acoustically permeable and you can hear noises from the apartment above us well. Then we look forward to your application! We are looking for someone with whom we can also have dinner together or play games. The apartment has, in addition to the spacious living room, a large balcony where you can also hang out the laundry. In front of the apartment flows a small stream, and in a few minutes you can walk to the beautiful Chriesbach in the greenery, where beavers and gray herons live and invite you for a relaxing walk. In 2' or 4' you reach the nearest bus stops. From there you can reach Zurich Stadelhofen and Oerlikon in 15' and Winterthur in 25'. Ideal also for students.
