Our 500m2 large country house with plenty of surrounding area is located on the edge of the village of Oberwil. You can reach Winterthur HB by bus in 20 minutes. We are Marc, Michi (m) and Matthias, and our cat Kira unfortunately does not like dogs).
You are open, tolerant, enjoy cooking and eating, and are grounded in life. Age does not matter, the chemistry just has to be right.
On the ground floor, there is a living area of 250m2, equipped with all amenities. Modern kitchen, spacious living-dining area with a large dining table and fireplace, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, shower and toilet. Your room will be sunlit from morning to evening (when it shines) and you have direct access to the garden through a sliding door.
The rental price of VHF 990.00 includes everything - also the cleaning by our valued Silvia for the common area. An outdoor parking space is also included, and in our large office on the first floor of 250m2, you can have your own workspace. An art corner as well as a music corner are also available. Our guest room is available for your friends.
