Volg, Post, Denner, Coop and bus stop are within a 2-5 minute walk. 12 minutes to Winterthur train station. Good connection to Zurich airport.
Approx. 25 minutes by car to Zurich.
Recreation area is right in front of the house directly on the Näfbach on the cycle path. Swimming pool, tennis, football are within a 3-minute walk.

The house will be inhabited by only 2 people for about 7 months.
A quiet, friendly, clean man – 32 years old. However, he is usually only on site from Monday to Thursday - cross-border commuter.
For about 5 summer months I (DJ and music producer) would still be in the house.
A small, professional recording studio is also located in the house.
