Single room for rent - 8404 Winterthur, Morgenweg 3

Hi :)

We are a 3-person shared apartment, currently inhabited by 3 female students. One of our rooms has now become available and we (M, 26 years old and S, 25 years old) are looking for a new female roommate starting immediately. The room is a bit small, but it comes with its own balcony, which no one else has access to. Please note; the room is rented unfurnished.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. In addition to 3 bedrooms, there are 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and another balcony. There is also a shared laundry room and a large cellar compartment. The apartment is well connected to public transport (bus and train), with Migros and Coop about a 10-minute walk away. A piece of forest is right behind the apartment.

About us: We have known each other since high school and do not have any ulterior motives. We like to sit together, exchange ideas, or also meet for a shared meal or going out. We like plants and animals. We already have many plants, but we are also open to additions. For animals, we would be open, provided they are house-trained. Our home is very cozy and we would be happy if you could enrich our furnishings with good and interesting taste.

About you: We are looking for a roommate, roughly our age and in a similar life phase (e.g., another student). You are independent, clean, and ideally have already lived in a shared apartment or at least understand how living together in a shared apartment works.
