Single room for rent - 8400 Winterthur

We are looking for a new roommate for our shared apartment in a large villa on Brühlberg in Winterthur. The house has a huge garden/park with beautiful old trees, raised beds, and a private fire pit. We are currently 7 adults (Moritz, Nicole, Olivia, Julia, Josh, Sam, and Gian aged 26 - 44 years) and two children and are looking for a successor for Gian, who is unfortunately leaving us. Our way of living is close to "cluster living" as everyone has their own area and a bathroom, but we share the two kitchens and communal spaces.

Your room would be on the ground floor next to Josh's room and is about 17m2 in size. The room has its own bathroom with toilet and shower. In addition, there are several communal rooms/places (dining/living room, library, terrace, rooftop terrace, garden) that can be used by all residents. All of this costs you around 1100.- per month including utilities and internet.
