Hi there :)

We offer a cozy room for rent in our apartment. The room has an area of 17 m² and is available for immediate occupancy. Here you can expect a friendly and open living atmosphere. The apartment is located right next to the bus stop, 5 minutes from Winterthur main station.

Our kitchen, living room, and also the lodge are furnished and can be used freely. You can also largely use the bathroom yourself. There is also a washing tower that we share.

Currently, we live as a couple with our dog, a 2-year-old Shiba Inu. We are Lea, 32, a software engineer, and Siel, 25, a business engineering student.

Recently, we opened our own board game and manga café (Akihara) nearby, which is why we no longer need the office room ourselves and are generally rarely at home. Therefore, we are now looking for a roommate.

The price includes utilities and electricity as well as water, as long as your consumption remains within a "normal" range.
