Single room for rent - 8400 Winterthur

Hello (: I am looking for a new tenant for my WG room starting July 1st.

In the WG, there are already Gabriel (23, studying Mathematics), Leon (27, flight attendant), Anushka (24, studying Journalism), Leandra (21, becoming a civil engineer), Ismael (26, insurance specialist), and Nate (26, studying Music). We like to chat over tea, but we also appreciate our retreat options.

The house is located about 5 - 10 minutes by bike or bus from Winterthur city center, right at the bus stop "Depot". Around, you can find a swimming pool, forest, sports facilities, and shopping options.

The rental costs include not only rent, utilities, and Wi-Fi but also Juliet, who cleans our kitchen, living room, and bathrooms once a week.
