We are looking forward to an open, cheerful, uncomplicated person who is up for spontaneous nights, discussions about the dating lives of any roommates, or who is willing to be a taste-tester for the latest high-protein shakes.
We are:
a colorful mixed shared apartment right by the Winterthur train station. Our 5-room old building apartment impresses with a sunny balcony overlooking the courtyard, large rooms with high walls, and a modern kitchen and bathroom. We share a bathroom with a separate toilet and a living kitchen, which is also the social hub of the shared apartment and sufficiently replaces the non-existent living room.
Yves 29Y: The longest-serving member of the shared apartment, works in the Web3/Blockchain segment (don’t worry if you don’t know what that is; he will always try to explain it to you). He enjoys strength training and likes to further his personal development in his free time.
Nate 26Y: Works as a graduate at UBS and has lived in England and South Africa. In his free time, he enjoys being out with friends and family and is always up for a chat while cooking.
Lynn 23Y: Psychologist - and no, she cannot read minds and prefers to spend her free time doing sports, cooking, or reading a book. She is currently working on her PhD, but better not ask her how her project is going - it’s a sensitive topic. She is always open for a conversation and even though she may seem a bit quiet, she is uncomplicated and very interested. As a morning person, you will find her more around 6:00 AM than 9:00 PM (critical voices would say she is actually much older than 23).
Cem 29Y: Social educator (with passion!) and lives consciously, honestly, and deeply - and also has space for nonsense, humor, chaos, and enjoyment. He works in the social sector with young people, which can be challenging, intense (especially time-consuming), and sometimes very chaotic - just the way he likes it. In his free time, you will find him at the gym, in nature, in the mountains, or at concerts/raves, or just comfortably with a coffee, philosophizing about life. Open communication, respectful interaction, and spaces where one can be oneself with all their edges and corners (even with a bad mood) are very important to him.
Lena 27Y: The second longest-serving member has found her own realm and is already saying goodbye to shared living earlier than expected from this wonderful shared apartment.
We also share a basement compartment and the washing machine tokens for a communal washing machine and tumbler in the basement.
A parking space can also be rented for 130.-.
The room is approximately 19m2 large with beautiful parquet flooring and a large built-in wardrobe.
We look forward to welcoming you in June for an introductory conversation in our shared apartment.
