Single room for rent - 8400 Winterthur

We are looking for
..a lovely, balanced person who would like to live in a nurturing and vibrant community.

We are looking for someone around our age in their mid-twenties (we are between 32-42), who is reliable, shows initiative, self-motivated to tackle topics in the community, and is also willing to communicate openly about their concerns and needs. Furthermore, we wish for someone who brings calmness and a positive attitude – a harmonious coexistence is important to us.

The room is about 22.5 sqm, located in Winterthur-Veltheim, has two windows facing south and west, situated towards the 'courtyard', wooden floor, very cute.

We share a living room with a fireplace, unique kitchen, WC, bathroom with shower, terrace, cellar/attic, groceries, and WG fund.

By July, Nik (34, he/him), Melchior (42, he/him), and Caro (32, she/her) would be pondering and living in the beautiful, charming old building apartment :)
Since we do exciting and different things in life, we are sometimes more, sometimes less present at home. However, we appreciate, for example, a chat over coffee or a shared dinner, and of course also time for ourselves.
